Ghanaian gospel music over the years keep on birthing new talents. Most of these talents burst onto the scene making long lasting impacts. Others keep their shine for a while and are never heard of. There is a new sensation who is gradually warming his way into the hearts of Ghanaians resident in the UK. Pastor Daniel Awuah Asamoah from his base in the United Kingdom has released his second studio album titled “God is good”.
He has noted just like the songs on his album, Ghanaian gospel musicians should produce songs that minister soulfully to listeners. Although “danceable” songs are good and edify a troubled soul, worship and praise songs also do a lot of upliftment and soul soothing to listeners.
Pastor Daniel Awuah Asamoah speaking in an interview with filanewsgh.com, the man of God who pastors All Nations Living Springs Church in Doncaster, UK South Yorkshire explained that his latest album titled “God is good”, was produced to cut across religious boarders. His eight track album follows the first album “We worship you” which did quite well on the market both in the UK and Ghana.
However, the “God is good” album mixed and arranged in Sunyani, Ghana by Ebenezer Frimpong (Ebeniz Music Studio) is inspired by the Holy Spirit laced with songs in English, Twi and Yoruba delivering a good blend of rhythm to bless listeners.

Pastor Daniel Awuah Asamoah added that for gospel musicians they should ceased every opportunity to win souls into the Kingdom of God. “Every platform they mount whether the church, a social/ night club should be used to share the word of God after praying and consulting with the Holy Spirit”.
When asked how he gets songs to record, Pastor Daniel Awuah Asamoah revealed how songs keep coming to him. On a bus or train heading to work the inspiration never ends. “To record a song and label it as Christian gospel is one thing but to have a song that changes attitude leading to positive conversion will only come from The Holy Spirit”. Pastor Asamoah says as a soldier of God he always has a recorder available and when the inspiration hits him he puts down the rhythm and later fleshes it up.
Pastor Daniel Awuah Asamoah was born into a Christian family with his love for music starting at an early age of eight (8) where he had to play the Konka drum in a church. His second studio album has great melodious songs like He Will Do It, Who Is Like Unto Our God, Let It Rain, Jehovah Reigns, We Bow Before Your Throne, You Are Alpha And Omega amongst others.
All songs are available on Spotify, YouTube, Sound Cloud, Amazon, ITunes and all digital stores.
